ERAFLASH S10 – The Automated Side of Safe Flash Point Testing

The compact 10-position flash point autosampler ERAFLASH S10 provides the perfect solution for unattended flash point testing for high-throughput laboratories on a small footprint.

ERAFLASH S10 is fully compliant with ASTM D7094 (IP620) and ASTM D6450 which offer ASTM proven excellent correlation to Pensky Martens testers (ASTM D93). Both are continuously closed cup methods and therefore intrinsically safe in usage.

ERAFLASH S10 allows for a stand-alone operation with an easily accessible touchscreen. Through a convenient placement of sample cups, the sample preparation is fast and easily done. Each sample position can be programmed individually without the need for a PC and the integrated CIRCLE mode allows for a continuous operation during an ongoing measurement cycle.

A very convenient tool for special applications is the optional cooling lid which keeps the pending sample cups in a pre-cooled state before the start of the actual measurement. This results in shorter turnaround times and avoids the loss of volatile compounds.

The innovative PBT -  Peltier Boost Technology^TM supports an unprecedented temperature range and allows significantly shorter turnaround times than all other flashpoint testers on the market. And this with one single device.

For even more measurement comfort eralytics’ flash point testers offer a quality control mode (QC) directly on the instrument. To perform efficient quality control, the user can set individual warning levels for each QC sample. If a sample is measured and the results fall outside these limits a warning is automatically displayed. QC charts are available to easily identify long-term drifts and perform statistical evaluations of results.

Follow-up after a measurement cycle takes only 1-2 minutes through easily accessible components. Due to the outstanding versatility, speed and precision, ERAFLASH S10 is the preferred flash point tester for diesel, jet fuel, and lube oil testing.
