Quick and easy automatic oil viscosity measurements

The S-flow IV is Omnitek’s latest carnation of their highly successful, high throughput Houillon viscometer, which is fully compliant with ASTM D7279, ASTM 2270 and correlates to ASTM D445. Operators enjoy the benefits expected with a Houillon model, namely the capability to provide accurate data with a small sample volume of 0.3 – 1.0 ml, low solvent consumption or 2 – 3 ml per sample and short process times. In addition, an optional autosampler now enables unattended operation via a central user interface. Operators can also opt for single or dual solvent injection and built-in duplo measurement capability

The user-friendly S-flow IV features fully automatic cleaning and drying and tube replacement is quick and easy because the tubes are not connected to the optical sensors. This standalone unit needs no PC and VI calculations are integrated. Thanks to its 2-bath system, this unit can measure at 2 temperatures simultaneously.
