World's smallest ASTM D4052 high-precision density meter provides accuracy and reliability in the most extreme conditions
Dec 13 2021
eralytics have just launched the ERADENS X, the world's smallest and lightest ASTM D4052 and ISO 12185 compliant high-precision density meter. ERADENS X is encased in a robust, corrosion-resistant aluminium housing and, despite its compact dimensions, still features a large, colour touchscreen and a state-of-the-art built-in industry PC.
ERADENS X includes a revolutionary, vertically aligned x-oscillation metal U-tube design and is not affected by shocks or vibration; its rugged design makes it ideal for operating under extreme conditions like in mobile laboratories for example.
ERADENS X provides 5-digit precision density results and its unique full range viscosity correction offers end-users the highest accuracy over a temperature range of 0 to 100 °C.
The vertical alignment of the U-tube ensures that air bubbles getting trapped inside the density cell is an extremely unlikely occurrence. To verify bubble-free filling, eralytics developed FillingProofTM. Rather than opting for conventional, error-prone optical methods, ERADENS X uses changes in density as a function of applied pressure to detect even the smallest bubbles. This ensures precise and reliable results even for non-transparent samples such as crude.
The large colour touchscreen and its unique, top loading, sample introduction make daily measurement routines highly efficient and just as easy to operate for both right and left-handed people.
