Uniphos diversifies its offerings: calibration gases and portable monitors
Aug 08 2018
Safety is a core value at Uniphos Envirotronic Inc. and to ensure we are providing the best possible protection against toxic gases and vapors, we have expanded our product line to offer more options in different situations.
CEO Brent Yaschuk said two of the areas Uniphos has branched out in are portable monitors and calibration gases.
“We initiated a partnership with PortaGas a few years ago with a focus on PortaGreen cylinders which provide a refillable environmental solution,” said Yaschuk. “In late 2017, we announced a partnership with Blackline Safety and began distributing their state-of-the-art line of portable gas monitors.”
Some of the popular products that Uniphos distributes includes their 3G wireless monitors, G7x satellite wireless monitors and the web-based monitoring services. The Uniphos team is also looking forward to the release of the new confined space monitor this fall, as this will be a popular addition to the line of products.
When it comes to the calibration gases, we offer several different sizes, as well as single gas, multi-gas, highly reactive gases and regulator materials. Some of the gases we provide include nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide and quad gas combinations.
We also offer an assortment of regulator body material such as brass, nickel-plated or stainless steel for different applications.
“Together with the traditional line of Uniphos gas detection tubes and gas sampling bags, these products help round out our total offerings to make sure our clients are working in safe environments,” said Yaschuk.
