How Low Can You Go?
Sep 15 2008
Unlike comparable volume chambers on the market, the Magnum Low Pro M-80 is far superior in performance, reliability and design. Its range is from near absolute 30âHg to 80psi with a very high resolution 0.0005psi.
The most common aspects to the family of Magnum Pro instruments is the fact that they have earned a reputation for being âvirtually indestructibleâ.
Cary Ratner President of East Hills Instruments says âThe Magnum Low Pro M-80 continues this hard earned reputation by using a shatter proof chamber, as well as, other significant enhancements to eliminate the chance of damage to the pump if dropped on a hard surfaceâ.
The M-80âs other major design advantage, is that it is the only volume chamber to use a patented power drive system to rapidly span the range.
This gives the user the ability to reach its target pressure in seconds vs. minutes. Mr. Ratner, says that âsales from the Magnum Pro brand have grown by over 72% in the past 12 months and expects the success and synergy to carry over into the low pressure market.â
East Hills Instruments is the only calibration pump manufacturer to offer a two-year warranty on its pumps. Mr. Ratner sayâs âthis has really created a lot of excitement throughout the industry and has set a new standard for calibration pumpsâ.
Industry sources say East Hills Instruments is currently in development to launch in spring of 2008 the Magnum Low Pro M-80D a differential version that will mimic the spirit, reliability and performance of the Magnum Pro brand.
