With flow rates up to 62 SLPM on the dual stage pump and corrosion resistant options like Solid Teflon and 316 ss, the Dia-Vac® pump is now able to pass more of your gas than ever. All Dia-Vac® pumps are completely field-serviceable and available for immediate delivery.
