High performance hydrogen generator range enhanced with addition of unique and mantenance free purification system

VICI DBS'  NM Plus 1000 Hydrogen Generator further enhances the high performance of their PG Plus range with the addition of a unique no-maintenance purification system, resulting in ultra high purity carrier grade gas. The highly sophisticated software control and safety alarm capability maximise the benefits of using hydrogen carrier gas while minimising the safety concerns.

With a flow rate of 1000 mL/min and 11 barg outlet pressure, only one generator is needed to supply up to 25 GCs with detector gas.

VICI DBS's proprietary PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) increases the performance and lengthens the life of the 100% titanium cell. In addition, the Nafion membrane drying system eliminates the necessity for desiccant cartridges while also reducing overall downtime and cost.
