Analyse a Wide Range of TOC Samples with Maximum Uptime

GE Analytical Instruments designed the versatile Sievers InnovOx On-Line and Laboratory Total Organic Carbon Analyser to address two primary requests for wastewater from the refinery and petrochemical customers - improved reliability and uptime. To achieve this, the InnovOx offers a powerful oxidation capability through a patented Supercritical Water Oxidation (SCWO) technology. SCWO enables the InnovOx to easily measure a broad range of tough industrial and wastewater samples – including condensate, wastewater influent and effluent, makeup water, and stormwater runoff – with unprecedented uptime. SCWO also removes oxidation byproducts and sample between analytical runs, eliminating frequent maintenance and parts replacement.

The InnovOx uses an enhanced Non-Dispersive Infra Red (NDIR) design with a dynamic detection range of 0.5 to 50,000 ppm. It measures Total Carbon (TC), Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), and Non-Purgeable Organic Carbon (NPOC).

The InnovOx software provides versatile analysis options such as multiple runs on the same sample, auto calibration range selection, and integration with the GE Autosampler. The InnovOx is easy to set up and operate and requires no external carrier gas. Calibration is typically stable for 6–12 months.
