New Reference-Grade Digital Pressure Gauge
Feb 16 2021
The Field Gauge LC20 is a new line of digital pressure gauges from Ralston Instruments with an impressive ±0.1% of full scale accuracy, which it maintains across a wide temperature and pressure range. Ideal for general pressure monitoring, calibrating analog pressure gauges and transmitters, leak testing, and pressure switch testing, its versatility also makes it an excellent tool for torque testing or liquid level management.
With the same durable construction and portability as the preceding LC10 model, the new Ralston Field Gauge LC20 was designed with added levels of convenience, with customisation options that increase its functionality, and a reference-grade accuracy that eliminates the need to carry multiple conventional gauges. While the LC10 and LC20 both allow logging and live viewing of pressure over USB, the LC20 offers a wireless option, giving techs the ability to monitor tests remotely on a laptop with the included FieldLab Desktop software. This is an especially handy feature for field work in harsh climates or in hard-to-reach areas. There are 15 engineering units to choose from on the gauge, along with the option to add custom engineering units using the software, so the units can be easily customised to suit the job at hand. The gauge also includes a distinct button for quick, reliable Zero function, and the High/Low readings are maintained with a quick reset for monitoring peaks and valleys.
All of the internal components on the Field Gauge LC20 are protected by a tough, powder-coated aluminum exterior that stands up to abuse in the field and maintains accuracy and functionality, even in extreme conditions.
The Field Gauge LC20 is available in 11 pressure ranges from 5 psi / 35 kPa to 10,000 psi / 70 Mpa, a compound vacuum/pressure gauge from ±15 psi, and a digital vacuum gauge measuring up to 30 inHg / 760 mbar.
