A new generation of Hydrogen and Air generator in 19" RACK

LNI Swissgas' new PEM Rack 19 inch Hydrogen generator with ZeroAir integrated, HG RACK 2U, has been mainly designed to field FID devices where high purity gas sources are required for full analytical performances with low background noise and very low detection levels. It is also ideal when size is a key factor for field locations like for mud logging application in the oil industry.

The HydroGen series HG RACK 19 inch 2U PRO is able to generate up to 350 cc/min Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 PSI). An optional AirGen output can deliver hydrocarbon free pure Air with a flow up to 2000 cc/min. The HG RACK 19 inch 2U PRO includes an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, and is completely maintenance-free. On the safety side, the generator can receive an external network of H2 sensors which can be installed to track hydrogen leaks either in the environment or in the GC oven. The on-board CPU constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Audible and visual warning are directly generated by the device. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.
