    KIN-TEK Analytical, Inc. (KIN-TEK) is a preferred provider of devices and instrumentation used for creating trace concentration calibration gas standards and complex gas mixtures. KIN-TEK revolutionised permeation tube technology and further developed it to produce Trace Source™ Disposable and Refillable Permeation Tubes.

    Trace Source™ Disposable and Refillable Permeation tubes emit an accurate NIST Traceable, steady flow (nanoliters/minute) of pure component gas. KIN-TEK provides permeation tubes for over 550 chemical compounds, including toxic air pollutants, VOCs, acid gases, amines, sulphurs, and hydrides.

    KIN-TEK’s Trace Source™ Permeation Tube technology is used in KIN-TEK’s Gas Standard Generators to provide accurate, on-demand chemical gas standards. KIN-TEK’s products include a range of gas blenders, gas standard generators (with accompanying modules), and permeation devices.

    KIN-TEK’s extensive range includes the FlexStream™, a fully automated and expandable gas standard generator system for precision calibration gas mixtures. The 491Flex™ is a manually operated and expandable gas standard generator system for precision calibration gas mixtures, while the EcoFlex™ is a simplified stand-alone gas standard generator system for trace concentration gas mixtures. KIN-TEK’s CO395Flex™ is a stand-alone certification oven used to maintain permeation tubes in a constant equilibrated state ready for immediate use. KIN-TEK also manufactures the highly reputable Span Pac™ H2O; which is a calibrator for trace moisture monitors, designed to exclude atmospheric moisture and deliver trace quantities of H2O.  Span Pac™ I is KIN-TEK’s industrial gas standard generator for online process analysers and continuous emissions monitors. Finallhy, the FlexMixer™ is a cutting-edge multi-gas blending system which generates multi-point gas standards for analyser calibration, fills test volumes for research purposes, or dilutes select gas sources.

    KIN-TEK’s Base module gas standard generators can be operated as stand-alone calibrators or be combined into a multi-modular system configured to solve the most complex applications.
