45 years of density expertise are focused in the most accurate density meter on the market: the DMA 5000 M from Anton Paar (Austria). With DMA 5000 M your lab is prepared for the future. Additional support, such as a complete qualification and validation package for the pharmaceutical industry and easy connection to other Anton Paar modules make this density meter a sound investment.
The Stabinger Viscometer SVM 3000 delivers the dynamic viscosity, the kinematic viscosity and the density value as measurement results. Based on the new standardised Stabinger viscometry method, SVM 3000 saves time and costs with its high performance and flexible use. The viscometer’s new sample handling units enable the automatic handling of samples with melting points up to 80 °C.
The Lovis 2000 M/ME viscometer determines the dynamic, kinematic, relative and intrinsic viscosity of liquids. Due to the small size of its measuring capillaries this new modular viscometer needs only a small sample volume – starting from 100 µL – to deliver results with high precision.
The DMA 35 Ex Petrol is an intrinsically safe portable density meter (Ex marking II 2 G Ex ib IIC T4) with a special housing for the petrochemical industry, resistant to petrols and similar organic solvents. The lightweight density meter is designed for quick quality checks in hazardous areas, be it tankers, storage tanks or filling and loading stations. It fully complies with the ASTM D7777 IP 559 standards.
The solution for time-consuming density measurements of bitumen or other samples with high melting points is DMA HP. Equipped with a Hastelloy U-tube the measuring module DMA HP in combination with a DMA Generation M is designed for measurements up to 200 °C and pressures up to 700 bar - facilitating the density determination of volatile samples.
Petrotest, a company of Anton Paar, offers a comprehensive range of test instruments for flammability, distillation, fuels, lubricants, bitumen and waxes, penetration and texture. The Petrotest products ideally complement Anton Paar’s product portfolio.
The L-Dens 427 series of density sensors combines high accuracy with a compact design. They continuously measure density and concentration of all low-viscosity, non-corrosive fluids, such as the intermediate and end products of refineries, to optimise production processes and ensure a consistently high product quality. The DPRn series of density sensors are used for the measurement of aggressive liquids.
Anton Paar’s sound velocity sensors are used for concentration measurement and phase identification. They continuously measure the sound velocity and calculate the concentration to optimise production processes and ensure a consistently high quality of product. They measure the concentration of acids, caustics and many other liquids. Another application is the phase separation of crude oil and brine or the monitoring of a splitter.
