Exceedingly clean resin for SVOC analysis
Jan 29 2025
Restek has introduced Rezin, a certified clean SDVB resin designed explicitly for semi-volatile organic compound (SVOC) sampling. Ready to use straight from the bottle, this resin often eliminates the need for additional cleaning, saving laboratories time and cutting the costs of this labour-intensive process.
Developed using a proprietary cleaning method by Restek’s highly experienced chemists, Rezin offers exceedingly low background levels of contaminants, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), dioxins, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Notably, the resin meets and exceeds the allowable residual PAH levels specified in international regulations, such as EPA Method TO-13, with certification to confirm compliance.
Rezin-certified clean SDVB resin (cat.# 27242) is sieved and homogenised before packaging, ensuring a free-flowing product easily handled and extracted without clumping.
