Accurate and Automated Trace Level Total Nitrogen / Sulfur / Chlorine Analysis in LPG and Gas Samples
Apr 10 2017
The TSHR Gas & LPG sample introduction module, GM 7000, connected with the TSHR range of Combustion Elemental Analysers is suitable for reliable and accurate analysis of total sulphur, nitrogen and chlorine in a range of pressurised Gas and LPG samples. The TSHR GM 7000 module is a compact fully automated and software controlled Gas and LPG sampling and introduction module provided with fast connectors for customer convenience and fast and safe sample handling.
The GM 7000 consists of a dual sample loop configuration with switching valve to handle both Gas and LPG samples with minimum customer handling. The Athena software which controls both the GM 1700 module and the TSHR Combustion Elemental Analyser will include actual module and analyser status, operation and analysis results. This enables the user within a few minutes, to have accurate data in compliance with regulatory methods such as ASTM and UOP standards.
The modularity of the TSHR range of Combustion Elemental Analysers supports the feature to switch easily between Gas/LPG applications and liquids or solids samples with minimum handling-time of the analyser.
While operating the GM 7000 for Gas & LPG samples, the TSHR liquids autosampler, HR 7000 model, will still stay in standby mode connected on the analyzer for fast switching to analyse liquid hydrocarbon samples.
The enhanced range of TSHR Combustion Elemental Analyser solutions will drive customers in QC and routine labs to high productivity and low costs of operation with high accuracy and reliable total sulphur, nitrogen and chlorine data.
